All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable. However, if you receive an incorrect, missing, or damaged item, we’re happy to assist you in resolving the issue.
Missing or Damaged Items
If your order arrives with missing or damaged items, you must contact us within 3 business days of delivery. Please email admin@sunshineandpixiedust.com with:
✅ Your order number
✅ A description of the issue
✅ Photos of the damaged product and packaging
We will review your claim and work to provide a resolution as quickly as possible.
Returns & Exchanges
We currently do not accept returns or exchanges, except in cases of an incorrect item being sent.
- Opened and/or used paint products are not returnable due to health and safety regulations.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on approved returns.
